Jellousy Red

Super shiny red manicure!

First of all I must say I have a crush on jelly polishes! And I had no idea they even exist until two years ago... As I saw Nfu Oh Jelly Syrup Collection swatched I've felt totally enthusiast and decided I had to catch some of them.

So here's Nfu Oh Jelly Syrup 23: a tiny perfect bottle of strawberry juice! So sheer but yet so vivid, despite of the need of several coats to get a look like the one in this picture: at least four. Perfect for glitter sandwiches, here I've use it for dots too, over OPI Alpine Snow.

My next step was searching something rich in my stash, to add a little dimension and light.

My choice was O'hara by Picture Polish, a bright red filled with tiny silver glitter powder, so easy to apply that became one with the red Nfu Oh Jelly.

I honestly do not own many reds in my collection but this is one I'm proud of: just the right point of color for my taste, a cold scarlet,  and the tiny glitters that add some personality..

The brush, typical of Picture Polish, makes the application truly comfortable.

When used by itself, two coats will be enough to have a good coverage and an extra shiny finish even before top coat.

p!nk

Polished people out there, you who love pink (and I think you are many)... This is for you!!!

This is a mani made with some of my favourite pink polishes: over a coat of white (OPI Alpine Snow) i've posed one of Chaos and Chrocodiles's Three Little Words.

Three Little Words is a white crelly with round glitters of different sizes and different shades of pink and bordeaux.

Accent fingers are a combination of Butter London Queen Vic, OPI Alpine Snow and OPI  Mod About You with a little touch of silver polish from Essence.

Mod About You by OPI is the icon of the definition "delicate pink nailpolish", to me. It's just perfectly dense and two coats give complete coverage.

It's the cold kind of pink, tending to mauve, witch I prefer.

Queen Vic instead is the perfect cranberry cream for nails!

Highly pigmented and brilliant, this deep gorgeous shade gives its best in just two coats, glossy and long lasting like many Butter London polishes.

I must say I like BL bottles design a lot, they are a in&out nailpolish pleasure..

Each one of these nailpolishes definetely worths buying!
